Las Caletas is at the very Southern outskirts of Costa Teguise.

Overview of Las Caletas Beach:

Las Caletas beach is a little used small beach on the Southern outskirts of Costa Teguise. Located next to the islands desalination plant the beach has almost white sand, rocks and clear water .

Las Caletas:

Las Caletas is a tiny area of houses with a few nice local styled restaurants. This area is almost all local residents except for those visiting the restaurants of Casa Tomas and the Fondadero.

Las Caletas Beach, Lanzarote:

This small and little used beach and bay has a larger white sandy beach at the Southern end. Towards the Northern part of the beach is ramp and stair access to the normally calm waters.
There is plenty of parking and no crowds pretty much ever.
The sandy parts of the beach have rocks either side with clear water that can be good for swimming and snorkelling. The sea state here can get rough on windy days and in Winter. There are no lifeguards so do like the locals if you are not sure and stay within your depth.

Local Facilities:

A short drive away are all the main facilities of Costa Teguise with supermarkets, bars and shops. Within walking distance of Las Caletas beach in Costa Teguise are two great restaurants. The local restaurants cook local cuisine of fish, meat and tapas. Value and quality of food is great in both of these eating establishments.
