Overview of

Playa de los Pocillos

Playa de los Pocillos is the largest fully sandy beach in Puerto del Carmen. Good access, three zones of sunbeds in North, middle and South.

Getting there

Northerly beach alongside the Puerto del Carmen main road. Loads of parking on main road adjacent to beach, buses, bicycle, walking and taxis.

About Playa de los Pocillos

Playa de los Pocillos is the largest beach in Puerto del Carmen.

Beach is almost one kilometre long with sun bed rental available at the North, mid and Southern ends.

Access to sea is good along full length of the beach except at the very southern end. At very high tides a lagoon forms further back along the beach. Safe swimming, sandy bottomed clear water.

In centre of beach is the Plaza de las Naciones, some swings, gym equipment and shaded areas to sit and relax.

Summary

Huge beach with lots of room and sunbeds. Large area of sand with all the amenities you could need close by.
