In the centre of Costa Teguise there is a large pedestrian only area with a large selection of permanent shops, bars and restaurants. Part of this shopping area includes a large town square called Pueblo Marinero. Pueblo Marinero has a central band stand, around the sides of the squares are lots of bars, shops and restaurants.
In the centre of the square is where the stalls are place for the market.
The late market on Wednesday and Friday is a great place to start an evening out in Costa Teguise. Peruse the market and snag some bargains then have drinks and a meal. The whole square is well lit with a nice bustling atmosphere.
