Lanzarote’s secret beaches are much closer than most tourists realise. The fast majority of visitors to Lanzarote stay in the area where their accommodation is. A short drive will reveal unspoilt white sand and clear water beaches with few others.
Lanzarote has a lot of amazing and little known secret beaches that most visitors ever have a chance see. A small effort can have huge rewards. You can be transported from a noisy full up beach to a quiet clear watered paradise.
The truth is that it is convenient visiting the closer beaches that are within easy reach and have nearby facilities. However spending long days at the same beach can become less interesting.
The draw back is that the beaches in the main tourist resorts can be very busy. The local beaches can get loud making peaceful shore side walks and naps in the sun less appealing.
In this article we will reveal the amazing secret Lanzarote beaches less than a 30 minute drive away from wherever you may be staying on Lanzarote.
You will need your own transport to get to the lesser known beaches of Lanzarote.
